In this course you’ll start to learn about the The Elevated Heart Method™, refined over years of working with clients and families by Parul Patel. 

This unique method is a powerful and transformative approach that blends strategic planning, energetic alignment, and healing modalities to help you navigate this transition swiftly, achieving your goals of safety, peace, and freedom. 

The following are the 4 Pillars of The Elevated Heart Method™:

2. SELF-HEAL – Go to the root of traumas and free them, clear negative beliefs and heal each layer to transform patterns.

3. STRATEGIC IMPLEMENTATION – Gain clarity on your ideal outcomes and the confidence to put things in order and work through hard times quickly, both in your case and in your daily life

4. SURRENDER TO FREEDOM – Celebrate your escape from a toxic situation and be supported as you take bold steps to let in the good things like joy while fully creating the life of your dreams

This course is designed to guide you through this dark valley, helping you find the confidence and clarity you long for. 

By the end of this life-changing 4-week experience, you’ll have gained the tools to do the deep work needed to process your emotions, face the reality of your situation, and equip yourself with the resources, strategies and support necessary to manage grief when it resurfaces. 

As you heal, you’ll also find the strength to be there for your children and loved ones, providing them with the guidance and support they need during their own grieving process.

Through a combination of emotional stabilization techniques, mindfulness & healing practices, and practical strategies to navigate your journey, you’ll learn how to address grief at its core, rather than pushing it aside. 

Without these tools, the burden of grief could continue to cast a shadow over your life, preventing you from moving forward and reconnecting with the joys that lie ahead. Healing grief will release a block and move you beyond feeling stuck.

The 7 Stages of Grief that you will learn about
over the 4 week course

Week 1: Giving yourself permission to Feel

  • Shock: The initial reaction to the end of the relationship is often one of shock. You may feel numb or unable to process what has happened, especially if the breakup was sudden or unexpected.
  • Denial: Denial serves as a defense mechanism, helping you survive the initial impact of the loss. You might struggle to accept that the relationship is over and hold on to the hope that things could still work out.
  • Pain: As the denial begins to fade, the reality of the breakup sets in, leading to intense emotional pain. This stage can be overwhelming, filled with sadness, loneliness, and heartbreak.
  • Guilt: You might replay the relationship in your mind, wondering what you could have done differently or blaming yourself for its failure.

Week 2: Navigating Your process of moving emotions

  • Anger: Feelings of anger may surface as you process the loss. You might direct this anger at your ex-partner, yourself, or even others around you. The sense of betrayal or abandonment can fuel this stage.
  • Bargaining: In an attempt to regain control or reverse the situation, you might start bargaining, whether it’s with yourself, your ex-partner, or a higher power. Thoughts like “If only I had done this differently…” or “Maybe we can still fix this if…” are common.
  • Depression: As the reality of the breakup becomes undeniable, you may fall into a period of deep sadness or depression. This stage is marked by feelings of emptiness, despair, and a sense of hopelessness about the future.
  • Reflection: You may spend a lot of time reflecting on the relationship, what it meant to you, and why it ended. This introspection can be painful but is a crucial part of the healing process.
  • Loneliness: The absence of your partner may be acutely felt during this stage, leading to feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Week 3: Creating a vision of life after grief

  • The Upward Turn: As you start to adjust to life without your partner, the intense emotional pain begins to lessen. You may start to have more good days than bad, and slowly, your feelings of sadness and anger start to lift. There is a sense of beginning to move forward, even if it’s just a small step.
  • Reconstruction: At this stage, you begin to rebuild your life without your partner. You start to focus on practical ways to move forward, such as reorganizing your daily routines, finding new hobbies, or setting goals for the future.
  • Working Through: Emotionally, you begin to work through the remaining feelings of loss and start to find ways to cope with them. This stage is about regaining your sense of self and finding a new normal.

Week 4: Rising into your next season

  • Acceptance: Acceptance doesn’t mean that you’re suddenly “over” the relationship, but rather that you acknowledge it is truly over and are at peace with that fact. You begin to accept the reality of the situation and start to let go of the past.
  • Hope: With acceptance comes hope for the future. You begin to see the possibility of new relationships, happiness, and a fulfilling life ahead. You’ve processed the grief, and now you’re ready to open yourself up to new experiences and growth.
  • Integration: We will recap all 7 stages and strategize on how to best integrate the lessons and wisdom given the stage you’re currently at.

PARUL PATEL

Parul is a Women’s Empowerment Leader, Breathwork Detox facilitator and Certified Reiki Healer. She is committed to helping women realize how powerful they are. Since 2011 she has served as an attorney representing women and children’s best interests in court.

After moving through her own seemingly fairy tale relationship turned toxic and going through a messy divorce and custody battle, Parul was devastated. From the ashes, anger and grief she had to rebuild her life and be an example for her son of healthy coping strategies.

Self-care, healing modalities, and inner-transformational work were Parul’s pathway to freedom and peace. She knows how to get to the root of the issue and equips women with the skills, tools and resources that she mastered, to navigate loss, hardship, or unjust legal outcomes.

Parul teaches her clients the importance of communication, remaining unshakeable and composed, and knowing how to process emotions in order to make room and elevate their frequency to be able to welcome in love, joy, peace and freedom. Her combined expertise of transformation and strategy help her clients navigate intense challenges with ease and grace. 

Parul’s clients often feel like they are holding back their true desires, their voice, and carrying a heavy weight. She knows how to help them create stronger boundaries, communicate clearly and confidently and become who they are meant to be.
